You’ll remember Oregonian photog Randy Rasmussen’s iconic pic of the woman pepper sprayed by the Portland Police. It happened November 17, 2011 showdown between the Occupy Portland agitators and their planned clash with the Portland Police. Protesters backed cops up against the wall of the Chase Bank in downtown Portland and cops re-took the ground.
Protesters’ hilarious hijinks included pushing cops, swearing horrible epithets at them at the same time saying, “we’re being peaceful!” See the back story on that photo here ).
Now the woman Liz Nichols claims the police “unconstitutionally” used pepper spray to force her to back off.
Sure, sweetie, sure.
