Michael Mann, a climatologist and a leading figure in research on climate change, will speak on “Dire Predictions: Understanding Global Warming” Tuesday, May 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Richard and Lucille Ice Auditorium in Melrose Hall.

Gee, I can’t imagine why “the general public may still question the validity of climate change” seeings as how Mr. Mann jimmied up the numbers of his “hockey stick” graph wiping out Medeival Warming Period to make it look like there was unprecedented global warming in this era. Hmmm…now what does that remind me of??? Ah, yes, THIS little ditty.
