Clarence Thomas doesn’t talk much–during oral arguments of the Supreme Court–but according to the Zero here, he’s speaking to students at the University of Portland on September 19.

Thomas is expected to deliver a public speech and then stay for the Red Mass, the Catholic tradition of prayer for those entrusted to carry out law and justice in the country. He may also visit some of the university’s classes, according to Beauchamp’s email.

Last week, Chief Justice John Roberts was at Lewis and Clark to judge an environmental law moot court competition.
